Aqueous SUP is proudly instructor-owned and operated—founded and led by Alisha, a certified paddleboard instructor with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. Drawing on over a decade of paddling and teaching experience, she brings a unique blend of adventure, safety, and skill to every lesson.
Her goal? To help others discover the freedom, confidence, and connection that stand-up paddleboarding can offer—whether you’re stepping onto a board for the first time or refining your technique.

Paddleboarding is easier than it looks—and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. With expert instruction and the right gear, most people find their balance quickly and build confidence with each session.
Yes—especially when practiced with proper instruction and safety gear. All of our courses emphasize safety from the very beginning, including self-rescue skills, smart decision-making, and understanding local water conditions.

Yes, we operate by reservation only. This helps us keep class sizes small, maintain safety, and give each paddler a more personal experience.
We recommend booking early, especially during the peak season or for weekend sessions. Spots are limited and can fill up quickly.

Yes! Gift cards are available and can be used for any of our courses, tours, or coaching sessions. They’re a great way to share the experience of paddleboarding with someone you care about.
As a solo-operated business, Aqueous SUP does not maintain traditional business hours. Our schedule varies based on weather, water conditions, and session times—but we’ll always do our best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking. Cancellations, date changes, or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the rare event that Aqueous SUP cancels due to weather, low enrollment, or safety concerns, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
