Our cancellation policy applies to all courses, tours, lessons, and clinics. Due to our limited availability, more than 48 hours are required for cancellations and date changes. No shows, cancellations and date changes for any reason within the 48 hours are non- refundable.
We at Aqueous SUP reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any of our listed activities up to and within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Circumstances include but are not limited to low enrollment, weather (wind, lightning, thunderstorms), natural disasters (fires), unsafe conditions, and any events or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the activity, you will receive a 100% refund. We run rain or shine.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes, absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own gear to the course. In fact, we recommend it as it is good to practice on the gear you will be using. If you are bringing your own board, please make sure to bring your paddle, life jacket, leash and a whistle.
Can we bring our dog?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets on our boards to prevent possible damage to equipment.
What are your class sizes?
Our course sizes are intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction and ensure a quality learning experience. Typically, our classes accommodate groups up to 4 participants per instructor, allowing for individual attention and guidance. This approach helps participants feel comfortable and confident while learning techniques and safety procedures.
What time should I arrive for my trip?
It is always best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time. If you are bringing your own equipment and need to inflate, it is best to arrive 35 minutes early to make sure you’re ready to go prior to the course start.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are recommended for any of our activities. We keep our course and tour sizes small. With limited options, we book fast.
Where do the lessons take place?
Most of our courses will take place at Columbia Point Marina. Other locations are available by request for specific activities, such as private lessons.
Do you provide paddles and life jackets?
Yes, if you are renting the board for our course or tour, we will provide a life jacket, paddle, leash and whistle with your board rental.
Do you have somewhere I can keep my stuff while I paddle?
Yes, we can hang on to your keys while you are on the water. We have dry bags that you may use. We recommend that you leave valuables at home and other items in your vehicle.
Are there weight limits?
Our boards have a maximum weight limit of 400 lbs.
