Aqueous SUP Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy applies to all courses, tours, lessons, and clinics. Due to our limited availability, more than 48 hours are required for cancellations and date changes. No shows, cancellations and date changes for any reason within the 48 hours are non- refundable.

We at Aqueous SUP reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any of our listed activities up to and within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Circumstances include but are not limited to low enrollment, weather (wind, lightning, thunderstorms), natural disasters (fires), unsafe conditions, and any events or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the activity, you will receive a 100% refund. We run rain or shine.

Our moonlight tour is a unique paddleboarding experience that takes place after  sunset, allowing participants to paddle under the moonlit sky and illuminated waters. 

Do I need paddleboarding experience to join this tour?

Yes, participants should have basic paddleboarding skills. If you’re new to paddleboarding, we recommend taking our SUP Basic course first.

What should I bring for the tour?

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, bug spray, water, and any personal items you may need. We provide all necessary paddleboarding equipment.

What should I wear for the moonlight tour? 

For your moonlight tour, wear moisture-wicking clothing suitable for the weather, opting for quick-drying materials like synthetic blends. Footwear should be water shoes or sandals with straps for safety and comfort. Bring a light waterproof jacket and consider reflective or light-colored clothing for visibility during the evening hours. Because it’s cooler at night, we prefer to wear hydroskin pants or rashguard leggings, rashguard top, and layer with water appropriate clothing.

 Is it safe to paddleboard at night?

Yes, our Moonlight Tours are conducted in safe and calm waters with an experienced guide. Participants are equipped with safety gear and LED lights for visibility.

Are moonlight tours suitable for children?

No, our moonlight tours are generally recommended for participants aged 18 and above due to the nighttime environment and safety considerations.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

Tours will be rescheduled or canceled in case of inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We prioritize safety and will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

 Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

Yes, all of our tours require a minimum number of participants to run. We’ll inform you in advance if there are any changes to the tour schedule.
