Aqueous SUP Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy applies to all courses, tours, lessons, and clinics. Due to our limited availability, more than 48 hours are required for cancellations and date changes. No shows, cancellations and date changes for any reason within the 48 hours are non- refundable.
We at Aqueous SUP reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any of our listed activities up to and within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Circumstances include but are not limited to low enrollment, weather (wind, lightning, thunderstorms), natural disasters (fires), unsafe conditions, and any events or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the activity, you will receive a 100% refund. We run rain or shine.
Are there weight limits?
Our boards have a maximum weight limit of 400 lbs.
What time should I arrive for my course?
It is always best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time. If you are bringing your own equipment and need to inflate, it is best to arrive 35 minutes early to make sure you’re ready to go prior to the course start.
What happens if it rains?
We do not cancel for light rain. If weather conditions are unsafe, we may cancel the activity at any time for a 100% refund.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes, absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own gear to the course. In fact, we recommend it as it is good to practice on the gear you will be using. If you are bringing your own board, please make sure to bring your paddle, life jacket, leash and a whistle.
